Do you volunteer in sport or recreation in New Brunswick?

Tell us about your experience by taking the SERVE volunteer survey!

The SERVE Sport & Rec project aims to better understand volunteer experiences in sport and recreation in order to strengthen how volunteers are attracted, recruited, supported, and retained—helping to build a more sustainable and thriving volunteer network.

This summer we're seeking input from people in New Brunswick with current or recent experience volunteering for sport and recreation organizations, including:

  • Those with a wide range of experiences, from one-time or occasional volunteering to long-term involvement

  • Volunteers with sustained commitments to a single organization

  • Volunteers who have contributed across multiple organizations or roles

If this describes your experience, we would greatly value your perspective. Participation involves completing a short survey (approximately 10 minutes), which explores the challenges volunteers face and helps identify opportunities for meaningful improvement.
